*She waited until the officer had come close enough, and lifted the phone toward him. He took it from her and leaned down* Ma’am I need you to remain calm and stay still. “Hello? This is officer Dan Howell, who am I speaking with?”

“Justin Hammer. Where is she at? She said she thinks she was stabbed. Is she alright?” He spoke in a panic.

“It appears she has been stabbed in her lower right abdomen, but paramedics have been called and are on their way now. Mr. Hammer, what is your relationship with the victim?”

“Son of a bitch. I should have… damn it. Okay. Um, we’re together. Like, I’m not there…obviously. You know what I mean.”
